W/C 15th Nov
This week we will be going underneath the floorboards with the toys in the story! We will be talking all about the dark and what tools and equipment we use to find our way if we get lost.
We will be making compasses and candles to help us find our way in the dark! We will also be decorating maps and fixing floorboards as well as using torches to find different sounds in the phonics area! (See some of the exciting pictures below!)
New sounds this week: We will be learning the sounds u, j , v and w
Number learning: we will begin to look at part- part whole to begin to learn all about number bonds and calculation!
This week we will also be doing lots of lovely activities around Children in Need!
For Children in need were are having a non-uniform day on Friday with a contribution to charity
