This week we can't wait to welcome some more of our lovely families into school. We can't wait to meet you all!

This week we will be starting our new topic 'The Colour Monster'. This week we will be learning about the feeling 'happiness' and happiness is the colour yellow. Our activities this week will be based around the colour yellow and our children's interests. The children will be able to explore the yellow rice in the tuff spot, fish out the ducks in the pond, use finger prints to decorate a sunflower, explore the jungle animals and play dough, create their own colour monster and they will be able to create a sun using different collage resources. Please see below some pictures of our activities this week. 

Important Dates:

Friday 13th September 2024- Children can come to school wearing something yellow as part of our new topic 'The Colour Monster'. Forest school will be starting this week so children can come to school wearing old warm outdoor clothing (non-uniform). Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather such as a warm coat and wellingtons as we will be going outside in all weathers. If the weather is warm please ensure your child has sun cream applied prior to nursery and that they bring a hat to school. Thank you.
