As the toy soldiers begin to head back up into the house from under the floor boards the children will be getting to experience the next part of the story throughout Our Magical Story Box Time. In the Magical Story Box this week there will be a plane, medal and a bandage, this will then lead on to the next part of the book. 

The children will be able to create what the soldiers see out of the window using the paints on the easel, there will be a variety of activities based around different types of transport such a aeroplanes, trains, vehicles and people. This will give the children the opportunity to create their own village or road using a wide range of resources.  The children will be able to role play doctors and nurses using the medical equipment, dressing up and bandages in our home corner.

Friday 26th November

Forest Schools will be going ahead again for our children on Friday. During our Forest School time children are able to explore their environment, create their own structures using resources from our Forest School area and learn about staying safe during our Forest School time.

On Friday 26th November it is Healthy Day, so our children will be taking part in a variety of different activities learning about staying healthy and why is it important. The children will also be learning about the importance of Oral Health. We will be creating a display on this with our children in nursery this week.
