Shake Up Your Wake Up!

Farmilo Primary School celebrated breakfast week on Friday 6th February. We had a visit from the Nutrition Team and tasted lots of tasty foods. We even tried skipping with personal trainer, Sam! Every class took part in activities related to breakfasts such as making toast, museli, smoothies, french toast & pancakes. We planned a healthy breakfast menu, made cereal boxes and researched breakfasts from around the world.

Dark Clouds Y6 Performance at the Palace Theatre

Dark Clouds Y6 Performance at the Palace Theatre 1
At the end of October 2014 our Year 6 children were lucky enough to perform at the Palace Theatre in Mansfield with a professional orchestra and professional dancers. The performance called Dark Clouds are Smouldering was based on a soldier and his plight within the First World War. This was a great opportunity for our children and one which they will never forget. As usual we are very proud of each and every one of them!
In the Summer 2014 we were lucky enough to be supported in developing our outside space by people from the 'Boots' company. Thank you to them for all their hard work- they've really improved our outside areas.
